Clear Water Pond.

a young girl held a jar of candies.
colorful it was.
her favorite was of course the big lollipop.
tempting, I would say,

shouldn't she save the lolli for the last?

well, she did not.
too bad.

no more lolli.

she tried to enjoy the smarties.
but the small smarties did not taste as nice as the lolli!
so she put back the jar in the cupboard.

a young man sailed through the sea.
looked into an island, there he stopped.
greeted by a rabbit, they started to trust each other.
quickly he made the rabbit as his partner.

the rabbit told the man a lot of things.
her desires, her visions.
so did the man.

they loved to explore around the island.

one day, they bumped into a mud pond.
the rabbit told the man not to jump,
nor walk through it as well.

because.... you know,
mud pond sucked you to death.
you couldn't breathe inside it.

she advised him to take the another route.

well yeah, the man agreed.
and that was in the beginning.

miles and miles, it was still the same pond in sight.
the man told the rabbit to dip her feet inside.
as he dipped before and it was cooling.

baffled she was.
the weather was hot,
tempted, she tried to dip.

they began to dip their feet,
playing,
running around happily.

the man told the rabbit not to soak.
and the rabbit laughed, nodded, knowing that she won't.

they kept playing day by day.
dipped feet, dipped hands,
until the heads were the one without muds.

oh they played too much!

even though they got off from the pond,
they realized now they had to continue the journey with the mud stains!

and it wasn't what they want, wasn't it??

oh how the rabbit wished she could find a pond of clear water.
to neutralize.


they should have played inside the clear pond!


though the clear water pond has not been seen yet.
but she believes they will find it someday.

and of course enjoying it.
